I started in anthropology, because I always liked science and people. After going to grad school, and learning that it wasn't really what I was looking for, I sought a career that would allow me to combine my problem solving skills in a real world context to help people.

My Skillset

Proficient in HTML & CSS skills needed to make web applications, including experience with responsive designand bootstrap.

Having first learned Java, I fell in love with JavaScript when I learned JS and React in 2017. I love trying to make my code clean, reusable, and functional.

React is my favorite JS library. I love React, and feel that it has made me a stronger JavaScript developer. I love the community and tools surrounding React, and I love trying to write clean React code.

I enjoy working on an Agile team. Software development processes are important to me, and I enjoy being able to contribute to that process.
